Not worth the no at it falls out noise wife could hear it 5 feet away poor design and the cock ring will not even. Reach your balls if still pulls up it pulls it out. You can bot walk around with it in it falls out not enough room under the bottom ball and the base the vibrate is load and not really any good the rotate was the best feature but you would hear the motor hum like a speaker that's shorted in your ears.
